Terms of Service

These terms govern nzoey’s mobile app and website. Review and accept them during registration or the terms acceptance process. Also see the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. AI service and eligibility

nzoey offers virtual AI characters, conversations, posts and translation. AI is not a real person and may produce inaccurate or inappropriate outputs. Do not base medical, legal, financial or other critical decisions solely on AI replies. Accuracy and copyright protection of outputs are not guaranteed.

You must be at least 14, or meet any higher local eligibility or consent age. Obtain guardian consent where required for a minor’s registration or purchase. Protect account credentials and report unauthorized use. Leasing or transferring accounts is prohibited.

2. Content and visibility

You retain the rights you hold in your content. Obtain necessary rights to upload others’ images, information or copyrighted works. You permit content use only as necessary for service delivery, including storage, display, AI processing and translation. Public content may be provided to other users within its visibility settings. This does not include blanket permission to promote the service using private chats or settings, or to train our own AI on them.

Private settings may still require external AI processing. Check visibility settings and actual exposure. Subscription expiry alone does not make existing private characters public or delete them; creation and editing features requiring a subscription may be limited.

Account deletion does not transfer public-character ownership to us or guarantee permanent availability of popular characters. Associated content is subject to deletion, disassociation or hiding. Media, backups, statutory records and separate erasure requests follow the Privacy Policy.

Illegal content, child sexual exploitation material, impersonation, harassment, rights infringement and non-consensual intimate images are prohibited. Report issues through available reporting features or support@nzoey.co.

3. Free use and operational controls

Versions with the free-chat policy do not charge credits for basic text chat or chat image attachments and analysis, and have no daily or monthly message-count caps. Character creation, translation, slots and other separate features may carry costs shown before purchase.

Unlimited chat remains subject to ordinary input and output sizes, concurrent-request controls, automation and abuse prevention, outages and safety measures. Refusing an ad or an unavailable ad does not block basic free chat. Normal use has no hidden message cap.

Availability depends on the actual version, region and purchase screen. These terms alone do not launch model selection, memory features, ad removal or rewarded ads that are not yet released.

4. Subscriptions, 24-hour passes and credits

• Price and benefits: Check the localized price, taxes, term and actual benefits before paying. Model or benefit changes are subject to required notice and consumer rights.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew for the same term under store conditions. Cancel before the store’s deadline to prevent renewal. Manage Apple subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Ordinary cancellation retains access through the paid period; revocation after an approved refund is separate.
• Deleting the app or account: Neither cancels a store subscription. Cancel renewal through the store first.
• 24-hour ad-free pass: When enabled for sale, this non-renewing product lasts 24 hours after purchase confirmation. It does not grant Pro and removes only the advertising specified at checkout. For delayed processing, check the start, expiry and delivery status or contact support.
• Credits: Virtual goods for service features; account transfers, external trading and cash exchange are prohibited. Statutory and platform refund rights remain. New monthly subscriptions do not automatically include recurring credit grants; consult checkout. Existing balances, accrued rewards and promised grants under existing products are not reduced retroactively.
• Attendance and missions: New rewards follow displayed conditions and amounts. Duplicate or fraudulent claims are prohibited. New reward policies do not reduce already granted amounts or promised amounts of existing unclaimed rewards.
• Restoration: Request restoration or synchronization for supported purchases with the purchasing store account and linked nzoey account. Not every consumable can be re-granted through store restoration. Contact support with transaction identifiers for missing delivery or duplicate charges.

5. Refunds and reconciliation

Eligibility follows mandatory law and the actual payment platform’s policies. Consumption does not categorically exclude legal rights or Apple’s refund review. Request Apple refunds through Report a Problem.

Approved refunds may revoke or reconcile benefits and goods from the specific transaction. Credit refunds recover paid balances without deducting free rewards. Spent refunded credits may be offset against later paid grants; the displayed balance does not become negative. Subscription refunds may end that period’s benefits and future installments, while already issued subscription rewards remain. Pass refunds revoke only that transaction. If a refund is reversed, recovered amounts or the original unexpired term and grant schedule are restored; pass time does not restart.

Account deletion may prevent use of remaining goods. Resolve missing delivery and refund inquiries first. Deletion itself does not remove statutory refund rights.

6. Advertising and misuse

Ads appear in versions where implemented. During an active ad-removal purchase we remove the advertising promised at checkout. Rewarded ads require a voluntary choice after the reward is explained, followed by completion and verification. Refusal or ad failure does not block basic chat; contact support for reward delivery errors.

Hacking, unauthorized collection, security bypass, malicious prompt injection, automated abuse and transaction or reward manipulation are prohibited. Lawful vulnerability reports may be sent to support. Restrictions on content, features or accounts depend on severity; except for urgent action, reasons and an appeal method are provided.

7. Service changes and responsibility

Maintenance, outages, security and provider changes may interrupt or change features. Material paid-service changes or closure are announced in advance; undelivered paid benefits are handled under applicable law and platform policies.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant AI accuracy and limit responsibility for events beyond our control. These provisions do not exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence, non-excludable liability, consumer rights or privacy rights.

8. Amendments, law and disputes

We announce material amendments, reasons and effective dates at least seven days in advance, or 30 days for changes adverse to users, and obtain necessary consent. Korean law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections or statutory jurisdiction in your place of residence. Disputes go to courts competent under applicable law.

9. Additional Apple app terms

The agreement is between you and nzoey, not Apple. nzoey bears responsibility under applicable law for the app, content, support, product claims and intellectual property claims. The non-transferable app license covers Apple devices you own or control under Apple’s usage rules, including permitted Family Sharing and volume purchasing.

Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app. If it fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the app’s purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no further warranty obligations; remaining responsibility rests with nzoey. You must comply with applicable third-party agreements and confirm you are not in a US-embargoed or designated terrorist-supporting country or on a US prohibited or restricted parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these terms.
